Artist's Description
Winery and cellar of the Chianti valley, Italy, painting by Michael Silbaugh(aka Siva) gives the feeling of visiting the many wine cellar and vineyards in Chianti Italy, tasting your way through the stunning antique wine cellars and exquisite aromas of a wine which strictly follows the dictates of Chianti Classical and the San Genovese grape. Viewing medieval, Romanesque, gothic architecture and the tranquil and comfortable surrounding landscape of the vineyard of Tuscany valleys.
Michael used a printed-printing method of a giclée and paint on top to embellish with oils to give the feeling of depth. Thus the method enhance over painting as through one could walk right into the wine cellar. Painting become not a copy but almost original in it self. Paint will be numbered signed Silva, all numbered painting of Michael Silbaugh are signed artist pen-name.
